Explorer stopped working for one user and only in live database. Explorer still works in a Pilot database for that user.
When the user opens an Explorer, the Settings window is empty:
Error message is: Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
Key not found: 'Filter'
Parameter name: Key
If Continue is selected, the following message appears: Key not found: 'Filter' Parameter name: key
Version: Sage 500 ERP 2019 Product Update 5 (Version 8.00.5.0)
Any suggestions on how to get Explorer back working for this user?
