Hello,
I am in the processing of Upgrading a Win 2012 R2/Sql 2014 Sage 500 2018 installation to Sage 500 2019. I followed the upgrade guide inside of the installation, but upon completion, reboot, and attempted login I get the error:
This Sage 500 ERP client is incompatible with your database version. Client 8.0.00; Database 8.00.999.
I also grabbed a blank machine with the same configs and ran the installation fresh. After the completion of the fresh install, I ran into the same error message when trying to login to Sage 500.
Any ideas or suggestions on how to get passed this issue?
